Mr. O'Loughlin leads Paragon's Third Party Deductible and Subrogation Practice, based in Pittsburgh. Utilizing proprietary inference technology, Mr. O'Loughlin's group is responsible for the identification and recovery of Third Party Deductibles; identification of "missed" Subrogation claims; and the reconciliation of large deductible claim balances for U.S. P&C insurance companies. Mr. O'Loughlin has extensive insurance expertise gained through senior leadership positions at Scruggs Consulting, Millers Group, Reliance National Insurance Companies, and Nationwide/Farmland Insurance Companies. In addition to a degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, he holds the following industry designations: Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Research and Planning (ARP).
