Paragon

Mr. Van Wert is the head of Paragon's Reinsurance Practice, based in Minneapolis. His responsibilities include providing strategic leadership and operational direction for the organization's growth, while delivering the highest level of excellence to Paragon's clients. Mr. Van Wert joined Paragon in 2007 as Chief Operations Officer. His experience includes senior leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies such as GE Commercial Finance Fleet Services, Medtronic, and Andersen Consulting, where he gained a range of operational expertise. Mr. Van Wert earned his B.B.A. in Finance from Iowa State University, where he received several awards. He earned his M.B.A. from the Harvard University Graduate School.
