Ms. Hendricks supports Paragon's overall objectives of setting, measuring and reporting financial targets and growth objectives, in addition to maintaining and managing banking relationships. She is based in Minneapolis. She has extensive insurance experience in audit, system process/controls review and implementation, M&A analysis and integration, and financial reporting and analysis. Ms. Hendricks began her career with KPMG and joined Paragon in 2006. She earned a B.A. in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas and is a Certified Public Accountant.
