Ms. Kraemer is a Senior Account Executive and a specialist in reinsurance accounting, claims processing and insurance operations for Paragon's Reinsurance Practice in Minneapolis. She joined the Paragon team in 2006 with more that 22 years of experience in the reinsurance and risk intermediary industries. Previously, Ms. Kraemer was a Client Service Manager of the world's third largest insurance brokerage firm. Her previous experience also includes 10 years of claims work at Benfield Inc., an affiliate company. During her tenure at Benfield she worked as a Claims Team Leader and served as the liaison with London, UK, brokers for multimillion-dollar reinsurance collections.
