Mr. Weir is head of Client Services for Paragon's Third Party Deductible and Subrogation Practice in Pittsburgh. Leading a team of project managers, he is responsible for Paragon's Third Party Deductible (TPD) recovery operations, and for achieving the highest standards of performance and satisfaction for TPD clients. Mr. Weir has more than eight years of project management experience, with a focus on technology, financial controls and operational efficiencies. Before joining Paragon in 2003, he was a Systems and Process Assurance Auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Weir graduated from Robert Morris University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Management Information Systems. In 2006 he earned an M.B.A. from Duquesne University's Donahue School of Business, with a focus on Finance and Information Technology.
