Paragon

Mr. Kleinberg specializes in the identification and collection of large reinsurance claims as well as commutations for Paragon's Reinsurance Practice in Minneapolis. A 30-year industry veteran, he joined Paragon in 2004 from The St. Paul Companies, where he spearheaded the integration of reinsurance recoverables through a succession of mergers. At Paragon, Mr. Kleinberg has managed the commutation of major claims for the Workers Compensation Reinsurance Bureau (WCRB), and managed the commutation and collection of $5 million of reinsurance for an insolvent estate. Mr. Kleinberg earned an M.A. in Mathematics from Villanova University and an M.B.A. with a specialty in Accounting from New Hampshire College. He is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS), a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and an Associate in Reinsurance (ARe).
