Ms. Feyen, an Account Manager in Paragon's Minneapolis office, provides both consulting and outsourcing clients with a range of reinsurance accounting and claims expertise. An eight-year Paragon veteran, her consulting assignments include process and technology reviews, audits, detailed reinsurance workflows, comparisons against industry Best Practices, and the development of recommendations to improve efficiency within the reinsurance process. She also has established automated processing systems for entering and maintaining contracts, processing premium/loss transactions, and performing routine audits for Paragon's outsource clients. Ms. Feyen graduated from Hamline University with a B.A. in International Management, and earned her M.B.A. degree from the University of St. Thomas. She also holds the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) industry designation.
