As a Senior Account Executive for Paragon's Reinsurance Practice in Philadelphia, Mr. Richtmyer plays a lead role in new business development, managing client relationships, and overseeing engagement teams. He has 19 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance business, and has held various positions in underwriting, sales, marketing, claims and loss control throughout his career. Before joining Paragon in 2004, Mr. Richtmyer served as Reinsurance Manager for Mutual Boiler Re, a unit of FM Global that provides Equipment Breakdown Reinsurance and Insurance. There he was responsible for all assumed treaty client relationships and portfolio analysis, as well as pricing of clients' commercial property business. Mr. Richtmyer holds a B.S. in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
