Paragon

Mr. Mitcheltree manages Paragon's claims research and recovery departments of the Third Party Deductible and Subrogation Practice based in Pittsburgh. In his role, Mr. Mitcheltree is focused on ensuring the highest degree of recovery performance and client satisfaction. Mr. Mitcheltree joined Paragon in 1999 as a systems analyst and quickly progressed through the Information Technology department ultimately serving as a senior IT manager. In 2005, he was selected to manage Paragon's large deductible reconciliation service. Leading a team of financial and quality analysts, Mr. Mitcheltree has played a key role in implementing and automating financial controls, reconciling loss sensitive national accounts, and working directly with various client personnel to resolve identified root causes. He graduated from Westminster College with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Business Administration.
