As a Senior Account Executive for Paragon's Reinsurance Practice in New York, Ms. Watson oversees business development, client relationships and engagement teams involved in strategic and operational reinsurance consulting projects. Ms. Watson came to Paragon in 2006 with a strong background in insurance, reinsurance and management consulting. Recent areas of focus include Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, reinsurance and claims operational reviews, complex data reconciliations, and litigation support. Most recently, she was a senior manager at Ernst & Young LLP in the firm's Insurance and Actuarial Advisory Services practice. Ms. Watson received her B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Communication from New York University, and holds the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designation from the AICPU.
