Paragon

Ms. Shaw is an Account Manager and Reinsurance Specialist based in Dallas. She is responsible for a wide range of client services, including implementing automated reinsurance processing software, conducting reinsurance process reviews, and performing customized reinsurance services for Paragon clients. Ms. Shaw has over 25 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry. Before joining Paragon in 1999, she was co-owner of a risk management consulting practice serving clients in the hotel, oil and gas, manufacturing, and contracting industries, as well as in government. Ms. Shaw earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and is an Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) and a Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
